Interchangeable Eyepieces The Kowa TSN-663M Prominar XD Spotting Scope is compatible with multiple eyepieces so you can decide what's the best fit for you and your viewing style. 1. The TE-9Z 20-60x Wide Zoom Eyepiece The 20-60x zoom magnification allows users to easily adjust the range and field of view for objects that are on the move. The lower range of magnification (20x) provides a larger field of view, which is ideal for spotting birds and other wildlife. The higher range of magnification (60x) is perfect for identifying and observing subjects at a distance in detail once you've spotted them. 2. The TE-17HD 25x Long Eye Relief Eyepiece The 25x long eye relief eyepiece is perfect for use with glasses. The long eye relief provides a buffer for those who wear glasses and cannot place their eye directly on the eyepiece, in turn allowing for a complete field of view despite the additional space between the eyepiece and the eye. 3. The TE-14WD 30x Wide Angle Eyepiece The 30x wide angle eyepiece is great for locating subjects quickly or viewing multiple or large subjects that wouldn't fit inside the display of a standard eyepiece. Kowa's Premium XD Glass Kowa's XD (eXtra-Low Dispersion) Glass combines high-performance optical glass and special concave dispersion lenses to dramatically reduce the color blur present in standard optical glass clearly showcasing almost imperceptible details and subtle changes in color. Added together with its backlight and low-light capabilities, even a beginner can recognize the difference in quality between Kowa's premium XD glass and other top competitors. Water & Fogproof The TSN-663M housing is waterproof to JIS Protection Class 7 and filled with dry nitrogen gas to prevent internal fogging for clear viewing in any weather. Lightweight Magnesium Alloy Body The magnesium alloy body provides the strength and feel of a traditional metal body but at a much lighter weight. Anti-Glare Sunshade The twist-out sunshade increases optical performance by reducing glare on the objective lens. Slide the hood away from the body to protect the lens from exposure to rain or to keep direct sunlight from entering the spotting scope. When the object you wish to view is difficult to find, the sight built into the lens hood can be used to find the object. Quick Focus & Fine Adjustment The focus knob of the spotting scope has a convenient two-step mechanism that allows for a smooth transition from quick focusing to fine adjustment so you can spot your subject easily and with all the detail Kowa's Prominar XD lenses have to offer.
When the object is substantially out of focus, use the quick focus knob, to bring the object into focus 3 times faster than when using the fine focus knob. The quick focus knob can focus from 5m to infinity in only two revolutions. The fine focus is convenient for fine focusing and slight adjustments. The minimum focus distance is 5 meters. Secure Eyepiece Lock Kowa's mount system of the spotting scope allows the eyepiece to be easily attached and removed. The eyepiece locking mechanism securely mounts the eyepieces to the spotting scope and prevents the zoom eyepiece from accidentally falling out of the eyepiece mount from over-rotation that can occur when zooming. Rotating Tripod Mount The rotating tripod mount allows the spotting scope to be set at various angles while attached to the tripod so you'll always have the best view. The body of the spotting scope can be turned by loosening the lock screw counterclockwise and rotating the scope to the desired position. (The rotation range of the spotting scope is 225°.) Universal Tripod Mounting Screw The tripod mount has a removable screw that allows the spotting scope to be attached to either 1/4 and 3/8 inch tripod heads. With the tripod screw inserted the mount can be used on 1/4 inch tripods. Removing the screw allows the scope to be attached to 3/8 inch tripods.KR Protective Coating Kowa's KR coating protects the lenses from dirt and other foreign residues that may affix to the lenses during normal use. Fingerprints or oil can be removed easily with the proper lens cleaning techniques.

Order Confirmation

As soon as the stock is confirmed, we process the payment and ship your order within 1-3 business days.

Shipment Tracking

Receiving Your Order
FedEx and UPS Ground may not require a signature and will leave the package in a suitable place near your door if appropriate.
Please inspect the package immediately and report any damages to support@trophyoptics.com.
Damages
In the unlikely event that an item you ordered arrives damaged, you will have 24 hours following the delivery date to report the issue in order to receive a replacement or a refund
You will not be responsible for the shipping costs to return or replace the item.
To report damage, take pictures of the damaged item and the box with shipping label clearly visible and email them to us: support@trophyoptics.com within 24 hours after delivery.
Trophy Optics cannot be held responsible for the cost of repairs or replacement of damaged items if the damage was reported later than 24 hours after delivery.
Cancellations
An order may be canceled within 2 days of the order being place if it has not yet been shipped. To cancel an order please email support@trophyoptics.com.
If your order has been shipped, a standard return procedure applies. Refunds will only be issued to the original credit card that was used when the order was placed. Orders cancelled after 2 business days from when the order was placed will be subject to a $20 cancellation fee.
Missing Items
In the unlikely event your order is missing any items or parts, it is essential that you notify us within 24 hours of delivery. To report a missing item, please email support@trophyoptics.com
Trophy Optics will not be held responsible for any missing item claims received beyond 24 hours.
