Frequently Asked Questions

1. How soon will my order ship? 

All orders are processed within 1-3 business days from the time they're placed. We'll send over your complete shipping details as soon as your order is on the way. 


2. How long does shipping take?

As part of our free standard shipping, we'll deliver your order within 7 business days. Most orders arrive within 3-6 days from the time they ship.


3. Will I receive a tracking number? 

Yes. We'll send your tracking number as soon as your order is on the way so you'll know exactly when it's set to arrive. 


4. What do I do if I want updates? 

We'll be there to update you every step of the way from order processing to shipping and receiving. You'll receive an automatic confirmation as soon as you place your order. We'll also send over the complete shipping information when your order is on the way so you can easily track it's progress. 5. What happens if I need to return an item I ordered? 

While most products are covered under our Returns Policy for a refund, store-credit, or exchange, some products are not.

There are a few requirements for us to accept a return:

  • The item must be returned in NEW condition (not used, worn, broken, mounted, etc.)
  • The item must be returned in the original manufacturer's packaging with all original contents (such as instruction manuals, accessories, and additional components)
  • If the item is part of a kit or bundle, the entire kit or bundle must be returned
  • Any free gifts or promotional items shipped with the item must also be returned (for example, a free lens cloth that came as a gift with a binocular)
  • Some items are not eligible for return in any case or have additional limitations (exceptions listed below)

The following items may not be returned:

  • Products which are eligible for parts under manufacturer warranty.
  • Items that have been used or modified in any way.
  • Items without the original packaging.
  • The following brands and items are excluded and not eligible for return:
    • Athlon Optics 
    • MTC Optics
